Colin stepped out of our non-12 step treatment center a new person!

Gay, Catholic, and growing up in The Midwest Colin found drugs helped him feel less out-of-place. He talks about developing “self-sabotaging” thoughts and gradually losing a sense of his real authentic self.

Colin likes to refer to us as “Gulf Breeze Discovery” because he discovered the guy everybody else loved but him. We just reintroduced him to himself, and it’s been a love affair ever since.

Colin was another guest who couldn’t align with the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, but instead found a path towards lasting recovery, and happiness, at our non-12 step, holistic, insight based alternative.
