Exercise Therapy Program in Florida

Gulf Breeze Recovery's holistic treatment model is designed to restore your natural state of physical health and emotional well-being.

Gulf Breeze Recovery is a world-class, non-12 step, holistic alcohol abuse and drug addiction treatment facility providing compassionate, comprehensive, cutting-edge therapies for addiction recovery and personal transformation.

At the core of our holistic philosophy are universal desires we all share: to feel good and be healthy.

This desire for health is often lost during active addiction. The physical health recovery portion of our individualized holistic drug rehab program is the starting point for taking you or your loved one down the road to total health recovery. This portion of the program consists of a healthy diet and restful sleep coupled with exercise and spa therapies. This combination is designed to recover you or your loved one’s natural physical well-being. Those who complete this portion of the program naturally feel better.

It is uplifting when, after a few days, your loved one exclaims: “I am amazed at how well I feel,” “I haven’t been able to think this clearly in years,” “wow – what a difference, I never knew I could feel this way again,” “for the first time in years I feel great” etc. It is important that you or your loved one feel the positive effects of being healthy. This feeling helps fuel the desire to recover.

A clear mind free from chemicals and a rested relaxed body enables you or your loved one to get the most out of the mental health recovery portion of our non-12 step program. In this refreshed state our guests can listen at a deeper level with clearer thinking, unaffected by physical toxins.

Kelly discusses the spa and physical health recovery features of our holistic program which helped enable her to enjoy fresh thinking!

Kelly, from Chicago, enjoyed the physical rejuvenation that aids the enhanced mental awareness our guests begin to enjoy shortly after they start feeling better, healthier, and more alive!
