Whether you are just arriving, or starting to have the breakthroughs that come later in our program, Executive Chef Zulmarie “Z” Medina understands the process and results of our program, and like all our staff, shows up every day as an example of what being in our natural-health and wellness is all about.

Also, like all our staff, she sees the transformation that takes place while guests are here, and feels privileged to have that as a huge “perk” that comes with working in the addiction field, and in  particular, at Gulf Breeze Recovery.

The health of the helper® is one of the primary ways we transmit our message to guests of our facility, especially when they first arrive. It is seeing the program in action through the example set by our staff. Chef Zulmarie Medina, like all our staff, enlivens the experience of living with her personal state of wellness and health, cultivated from the same source within that we share with our guests. She has it, so they have it too. That’s part of a shift to an “inside-out” flow of living that our guests, and staff, take with them through all facets of life lived in our authentic state of innate wisdom. It’s not something we teach or transmit, but, more accurately, it’s something we reveal.
